Report says Russia uses secret postal system to get around EU sanctions

A new report says Russia is using a secret 'shadow mail' postal system to bypass European Union sanctions. The EU has also lost an estimated 48 billion euros due to its own sanctions against Russia.

Russia is holding a hearing in a case to try to recover 200 billion euros in assets frozen by the EU. An economist says economic relations between Russia and the EU are unlikely to recover for at least a decade.
