Congo army attacks M23 rebels, killing spokesperson in drone strike

Forces from the Democratic Republic of Congo launched attacks on multiple fronts against the M23 rebel group. A senior M23 official and spokesperson, Willy Ngoma, was killed in a Congo army drone strike. The two sides have also traded accusations over a ceasefire.
