Trump says US got oil gift from Iran and achieved regime change

President Donald Trump claimed the United States received a gift of "10 big boats of oil" from Iran and has achieved "regime change" there. Iran dismissed a U.S. proposal as "one-sided," and Trump called Iranian forces "lousy fighters."
