Marco Rubio discusses US diplomatic efforts with Iran

Marco Rubio said the US has received positive messages from Iran following private talks and is hopeful about diplomacy, but also warned the US must be prepared for the possibility Iran will reject these efforts. He also urged the international community to stop Iran from imposing tolls in a key strait.
