Morocco evacuates tens of thousands of people due to severe flooding

Heavy rain and flooding in Morocco have forced the evacuation of a large number of people. Reports indicate between 50,000 and 150,000 people have been displaced or moved to safety as waters continue to rise.

Weather warnings for heavy rain and flooding have also been issued for neighboring countries in North Africa, including Libya, Tunisia, and Algeria.
