Nigeria's state oil company ran its refineries at a major loss

The head of Nigeria's state oil company, NNPC, said the company's refineries have been operating at a monumental loss. The NNPC Group Chief Executive Officer also stated the company currently lacks the capacity to run the refineries profitably.
