Iran and Russia urge Afghanistan and Pakistan to resume peace talks

Iran has offered to mediate and facilitate talks between Afghanistan's interim government and Pakistan. Russia has also called on both countries to return to the negotiating table. This follows recent border clashes between Afghanistan and Pakistan.
