Vista Oil & Gas buys Equinor's operations in Argentina's Vaca Muerta region

Vista Oil & Gas, a company led by Miguel Galuccio, has purchased the Argentine operations of the Norwegian energy company Equinor. The deal makes Vista the largest private oil company operating in the Vaca Muerta shale formation.
