US intelligence chief Gabbard gives testimony on Iran and Pakistan

Tulsi Gabbard, the U.S. Director of National Intelligence, testified before a Senate panel. She stated that President Trump ordered strikes on Iran because he concluded the Iranian regime 'posed an imminent threat,' but she also said Tehran had not restarted its nuclear weapons program and that the regime remains 'intact' though 'degraded.'

Separately, Gabbard told the panel that Pakistan's long-range ballistic missiles could pose a potential future threat to the United States. Some experts have questioned this assessment.
