Brussels is the center of several diplomatic and political discussions

Several different stories are emerging from Brussels, the capital of the European Union. These include a youth dialogue between China and Europe aimed at boosting cooperation, and a diplomatic row involving Slovakia and Hungary over historical decrees from 1945.
