Indian Prime Minister Modi and Venezuelan President Rodriguez agree to strengthen ties

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke with Venezuela's acting President, Delcy Rodríguez. The two leaders agreed to expand and strengthen the bilateral relationship between their countries.
