Medical examiner rules death of Cuban immigrant in ICE custody a homicide

A Cuban-born man who was being held at an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detention facility in El Paso, Texas, died by homicide, according to an autopsy report. The ruling by a Texas medical examiner has brought new attention to the circumstances of his death while in federal custody.
