Pakistan and Afghanistan announce temporary ceasefire for Eid holiday

Pakistan and Afghanistan have agreed to a temporary pause in cross-border attacks during the Eid al-Fitr holiday. The Pakistani government has rejected claims by the Afghan Taliban that Pakistan broke a previous truce agreement.
