Iran's president says country will not attack neighbors and apologizes for past strikes

Iran's President Pezeshkian said Iran will no longer attack its neighboring countries and apologized to Arab Gulf nations for previous strikes. He stated that Iran would only suspend these attacks unless future attacks originate from those neighboring countries.

Pezeshkian also commented on other tensions, saying Iran has to respond to enemy attacks originating from any country and that an investigation is underway regarding an aerial bombardment in Nakhchivan, which he said is not linked to Iran.
