India criticizes Pakistan at the United Nations over several issues

At the United Nations, India strongly criticized Pakistan on multiple fronts. Indian representatives argued against Pakistan granting lifetime immunity to its army chief, Asim Munir, calling it a 'constitutional coup.'

India also rejected what it called Pakistan's 'false and self-serving' claims about an Indian military operation. Furthermore, India stated that the right to self-determination should not be used to encourage secession, a comment seen as directed at Pakistan's stance on Kashmir.
