Serbia pushes for Serb autonomy in Kosovo as Kosovo bans headscarves in schools

Serbia is calling for the creation of a 'community of Serb municipalities' in Kosovo, which would give ethnic Serbs in the country more self-governing power. At the same time, Kosovo's government has implemented a ban on wearing headscarves in public school classrooms.
