Putin discusses Middle East tensions with Gulf leaders

Russian President Vladimir Putin spoke with leaders from the UAE, Bahrain, and Qatar about regional tensions. He offered Moscow's help to stabilize the situation and said he would relay concerns about Iranian strikes to Tehran.
