Hungary's MOL oil company moves to buy Russian-owned stake in Serbia's NIS

Hungary's state-owned oil and gas company, MOL, has reached an agreement to buy a majority stake in Serbia's NIS oil company from Russia's Gazprom. The deal would give MOL control over Serbia's main oil refiner and fuel retailer. The transaction is pending approval from the United States government.
