Berlin deals with local issues from antisemitism to potatoes

Several local stories are coming out of Berlin. Authorities charged a suspect in a knife attack where a Star of David was carved into a victim's forehead, and the city renamed a tram stop to 'Dong Xuan' to honor its Vietnamese community.

On other fronts, the city is giving away four million kilograms of potatoes, and the German government is considering a plan to send some migrants to third countries.
