Novak Djokovic beat Jannik Sinner in the semifinals of the Australian Open tennis tournament. Sinner said the loss hurt and that he wasted too many chances.

Djokovic, who also advanced earlier when his opponent retired, will play in the final. In another semifinal, Carlos Alcaraz played Alexander Zverev.
