Emirates suspends and then resumes flights at Dubai airport

Emirates airline temporarily suspended all flight operations at Dubai International Airport (DXB) as a safety precaution. The airline later announced it would resume a limited number of flights.

Some flights returning to Dubai were reported to be flying with very few passengers. The airline also rerouted some flights following the suspension.
