Ugandan military surrounds opposition leader Bobi Wine's home and demands his surrender

Uganda's military has surrounded the home of opposition leader Bobi Wine in the capital, Kampala, and given him 48 hours to surrender. The military chief issued the ultimatum, while police have denied reports that Wine has been arrested.

Bobi Wine, a presidential candidate, has said there was an attempt to abduct him. The Ugandan army has denied any involvement in an abduction, following a disputed election.
