NYPD foils alleged ISIS-inspired plot near mayor's home in New York

NYPD officers were honored for stopping an alleged ISIS-inspired terror plot near Gracie Mansion, the mayor's residence. Police say a device thrown there was an IED that could have caused serious injury or death. The NYPD also arrested protesters, both for and against Iranian leader Khamenei, during related demonstrations in the city.
