China executes 11 gang members for running telecom scams in Myanmar

China has executed 11 people who were part of criminal gangs operating in northern Myanmar. The gangs were involved in telecom fraud, running scam compounds that lured people from countries like Kenya with fake job offers, then forced them to work in the fraudulent operations.
