Reports say CIA had early warnings about Nord Stream sabotage and Ukraine war plans

Several news reports, including from the German magazine Der Spiegel, claim the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) received early warnings about plans to sabotage the Nord Stream gas pipelines in the Baltic Sea. Other reports suggest Western intelligence agencies also had advance knowledge of Russia's plans to invade Ukraine but that this information was not fully believed.

Separately, Poland's Prime Minister Donald Tusk said his country will investigate whether the late financier Jeffrey Epstein had ties to Russian intelligence. This follows the release of U.S. Department of Justice files that show Epstein was trying to build connections in Russia.
