Drone attacks hit Russian oil facilities including Volgograd refinery, causing major fires

A series of drone attacks targeted Russia, causing a major fire at a Lukoil oil refinery in Volgograd. The fire at the oil refinery in southern Russia was later extinguished following the drone attack.
