Russia says Ukraine used British missiles to attack Bryansk

Russia claims Ukraine used British-supplied Storm Shadow missiles to strike the city of Bryansk. Russian officials said they shot down some of the missiles and that the attack targeted a microelectronics plant linked to military production.
