Israeli attacks kill Palestinians in Gaza and West Bank

Israeli military operations killed at least 13 Palestinians in Gaza, including two children and a pregnant woman. Additional strikes in the West Bank brought the total reported Palestinian deaths to 16. The Rafah border crossing between Gaza and Egypt was scheduled to open on Wednesday.
