Gunman tries to shoot former Kashmir leader at wedding

A man attempted to assassinate former Jammu and Kashmir chief minister Farooq Abdullah at a wedding in Jammu. Security personnel subdued the attacker before he could fire, and the suspect was later arrested. Abdullah said he believed divine intervention saved his life.
