Israel's Supreme Court freezes a ban on foreign aid groups in Gaza and West Bank

Israel's Supreme Court has temporarily blocked a government order that would have banned 37 foreign aid organizations from operating in Gaza and the West Bank. The court's decision gives the groups a reprieve while the legal challenge is considered.

Separately, a United Nations report says Israel's actions in the Palestinian territories, including settlement expansion and demolitions, are raising fears of 'ethnic cleansing'. Denmark and 18 other countries have condemned Israel's actions in the West Bank, where over 300 Palestinian structures have been demolished this year and a Palestinian-American teenager recently died from gunshot wounds.
