Russian officials say EU will face energy supply shortages

Russian officials, including President Putin's envoy Dmitriev, stated that European Union countries will be last in line for Russian energy supplies. Dmitriev claimed to know the scenario for a fuel crisis in the EU and Britain. Belarusian leader Lukashenko also commented that Russia will dictate gas supply terms to Europe.
