Spain accuses Germany and Italy of undermining European Union solidarity

Spain has publicly accused Germany and Italy of actions that weaken solidarity within the European Union. This accusation comes as France is also reportedly preparing for a clash with Germany and Italy at a gathering of EU leaders.
