Syrian government forces detain Kurds and thousands flee fighting in Aleppo

Syrian government forces reportedly detained around 300 Kurds in Aleppo. The fighting between the army and Kurdish forces also led to the evacuation of hundreds of fighters and caused thousands of civilians to flee the area.
