China dismisses Western criticism over Iran conflict as smear campaign

Chinese state media has rejected Western narratives that portray China as unreliable or a 'laughing stock' due to the U.S.-Israel-Iran conflict. An editorial called for an end to attempts to smear China by exploiting the situation. Beijing also reported that one Chinese citizen was killed and over 3,000 were evacuated from the conflict zone.
