Ukraine and Russia complete prisoner exchange with hundreds freed

Ukraine and Russia have completed a prisoner exchange, resulting in hundreds of people being liberated. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky visited the eastern front around the time of the swap, and Ukrainian military intelligence chief Kyrylo Budanov made statements regarding the exchange. Belarus reportedly played a facilitating role in the process.
