Russia accuses West of involvement in Ukrainian attack on Bryansk

Russia has accused Western countries, specifically Britain and the United States, of being involved in or enabling a Ukrainian military strike on the Russian border region of Bryansk. Russian officials, including its ambassador to the UN and Foreign Ministry, claim the attack targeted civilians and was intended to disrupt peace negotiations. Russia says it is presenting evidence of the incident to the United Nations.
