German intelligence agency monitors AfD youth groups for extremism

Germany's domestic intelligence agency has classified new AfD youth organizations in two states as suspected extremist cases. The AfD in Lower Saxony avoided being officially labeled as extremist but remains under surveillance. Separately, an AfD parliamentary deputy lost personnel management responsibilities.
