Hungary blocks EU sanctions on Russia over Druzhba pipeline dispute

Hungary is blocking new European Union sanctions against Russia until Ukraine resumes oil transit through the Druzhba pipeline. Ukraine has refused to allow EU representatives access to inspect the pipeline. The dispute is causing disunity within the EU over aid to Ukraine.
