China says US did not give advance notice before attacking Iran

China says the United States did not notify it in advance before carrying out military strikes against Iran. A spokesperson for China's foreign ministry stated this when asked whether there had been contact between China and the U.S. during or prior to the attacks, which were conducted in conjunction with Israel.

China condemned the U.S. strikes, calling them 'brazen aggression,' and pressed for 'dialogue and negotiation' to resolve conflicts. At the same time, Chinese officials said the country seeks communication with the U.S. but vowed to hold its 'red lines,' emphasizing that the two nations should respect each other and pursue peaceful coexistence.
